What is ECA stack?

The ECA stack or better known as ephedrine, caffeine and aspirin is commonly used for an energy boost and can be used as an effective method of weight loss. The reason it is a successful weight loss method is down to the ephedrine, ephedrine alone would be sufficient in order to loose weight but when combined with caffeine and aspirin it greatly increases the fat burning process. You have to be careful if using the ECA stack as it burns off muscle as well as excess fat so in order to keep your appearance and health you need to increase the rate of protein eaten throughout the whole day.

There are health risks and side effects when it comes to the ECA stack, the most common risk is that it can boost any existing heart conditions such as damages valves, murmurs and many more. The side effects of taking the ECA stack are stress, headache, dry mouth, insomnia, dizziness, dehydration and an irregular heartbeat. It is strongly advised to not take in the evening due to the risk of insomnia.

When you consume ephedrine and caffeine your blood pressure so it is always recommended not to overdose on the stack and be careful when taking in conjunction with exercise. The benefit of having aspirin in the stack is that it counteracts this process to a certain extent as it lowers blood pressure. Although ephedrine and aspirin are not addictive drugs, caffeine is. Many people have suffered withdrawal symptoms if the use of the stack is stopped to quickly.

Many countries have limited the use or even outlawed the use of ephedrine as it has been link to death, there are plenty of ephedrine free stacks which are becoming popular but have not been proven to work but provide a risk free lifestyle.
