When Mike turned 65, he was 25 pounds overweight. By strict diet, lose pounds, but he lost more weight; He also lost his energy and vitality. He was always exhausted, and his friends, to see his gaunt, drawn face, worried about his health.

At the time volunteer for a fitness program, two years later, he had put 25 pounds on his back. After 6 months of the year and some will at the table, Mike slimmed down. This time, he felt better than he ever had, full of energy and shining example of the healthy.

What made the difference? The first time that Mike lost weight; The second time, he lost the fat. The distinction is important. According to research, much of the weight loss by diet alone is active tissue, such as muscle and connective tissue, while a small fraction is excess fat. The exercise has the opposite effect. It has increased its lean body mass and decreased its excess fat.

Same thing goes with cellulitis. Most people tend to think that cellulitis are present only in people who are obese. This is why they sometimes associated with cellulite fat and obesity.

In fact, even if the cellulite refers to the chain of wrinkled “fat cells” and “subcutaneous connective tissue” beneath the layer of skin, it should never be associated with people who are fat or obese. In fact, many have cellulite, but they are not fat at all.

In reality, nobody knows the main reason why some people accumulate cellulitis. However, there are some factors that are considering health experts such as the structure of cells in the fat or the poison that entered the body. Some experts say it may be caused by hormonal changes in the body. But none of these things has been shown to cause cellulitis.

However, the only main reason why most cases, cellulitis are abundant among women is that the connective tissue of women are more rigid and stronger than men. Thus, each time a woman gets fat, the fat cells tend to expand and grow. It creates a protruding appearance of the skin producing an “orange” look.

For this reason, women are more vulnerable than men to cellulite. That is why it is important for women to be more careful about their bodies as they have higher chances of accumulating cellulite.

Fat and Cellulite

With the many cases of overweight people with cellulitis in their bodies, most of them believed that their cellulitis are caused by too much fat.

Although not all those who are obese developed cellulitis, excess weight can really trigger the development of cellulitis. That’s because too fat under the skin tend to push the tissue to create a tension on the skin. Thus, cellulitis form.

However, this is still dependent on the structure of the cells. If the cell structure should not prevent the tendency to inflate or expand, even if fatty deposits accumulate, then there will be no cellulitis.

So, the most important thing to remember here is to keep the tissue firm and solid and avoid excessive accumulation of fat in order to avoid the development of cellulite.

How? Beginning an exercise routine.

Food processing fat seems too easy for most of us. Losing fat is much more difficult, and for this purpose, we have only three options: (1) decrease in food intake and keep constant activity; (2) increased activity and maintain a constant intake; Or (3) combine the two approaches: diet and exercise.

Physical activity can help reverse the results of the inactivity. One hour of vigorous exercise burns up to 300 to 600 calories a day. If you also cut 300 to 500 calories from your daily menu, you can also lose weight at a rate of one to two pounds per week.

Without exercise, you should eat 500 to 1000 fewer calories per day to lose the same number of books in a week. The exercise is not for everyone who is becoming fat, however. The severely obese person must exercise only under medical supervision to avoid pressure on the cardiovascular system and connective tissue. And no one should drastically limit food intake without consulting a doctor.

The use of this type of activity will only worsen the matter. Remember what happened to Mike? He believes that when he started a diet, it will eventually lose all the excess fat that has accumulated. The problem is that he lost connective tissue, rather than excess fat.

For people who are prone to cellulitis, it will be a bigger problem. Losing tissue instead of fat with a strict diet can only make the skin more prone to more problems, but fat cells are still there. This does not mean that the problem is not resolved at all.

Therefore, if you want to lose these cellulitis, it would be better to lose fat first. The idea here is to burn fat by increasing your metabolism from 7.5% to 28% more than the normal rate.

That’s why exercise is important for losing cellulite. So, for more cellulite-free body, always engaging in an exercise routine.
