I have read so much about nutrition and weight loss that I lost about 15 pounds since I can not eat anymore. No protein, no carbohydrates, no chocolate, no.

And I am increasingly hungry, but for what? It is amazing how many different schemes are being pushed. And then there are the pill, grass, and production of scams. A number of schemes fashion are downright dangerous. Using zero-cal sugar substitutes can not only be extremely dangerous, but there are reasons to believe they could cause weight gain.

I just ran into this site established by the FTC and the Competition Bureau of Canada, to give us all a vivid lesson in how some of these scams work and the nature of fraudulent claims Most sites use diet. It is worth taking a look at: http://wemarket4u.net/fatfoe/ and be sure to click the link to see that they provide to the analysis of the type of applications that you need be careful.

If you are lazy or prone to take a look at it, lets look at some of the usual tip-off scam claims. First, you can not lose weight by eating all foods high in calories as you want. This seems too good to be true, and it is.

The only-ONLY-way to lose weight is to reduce your caloric intake and / or increasing how much you exercise to burn the calories you take in.

Now that the annoying, but true. To lose weight, it is likely that you will have both diet and exercise.

Any plan that claims you can lose three pounds or more per week are either outright lying or exceptionally dangerous. Surviving, sustainable and healthy weight takes time and effort. Day

Nothing exists that blocks “the absorption of calories or fat” and anything that attempts to do this is a pure and simple fraud.

No weight loss product or system works for everyone. We are all different and we need different approaches.

No product can cause permanent weight loss (unless it kills you, of course). Maintaining weight loss requires a healthy diet and regular exercise.

Patches, gels and creams — anything you apply to your skin has been shown to cause weight loss.

So why do we continue to fall for this sort of thing? It is quite obvious. We all want an easy, quick, no pain of the solution to all our problems. Scam artists use this to ensure that what we are wasting our money.

The sad truth is that there is no “magic formula” for nothing. Oh, we want to believe. We want desperately to believe that we can achieve what our dream is without pain or hard work. And that desire is the hook that every con is based.

The weight loss is no different than rich overnight (without work). Not at all. Do not be led, if you want and need to lose weight, there are some simple things you should do. - First consult your doctor and develop a reasonable plan that reduces your calorie intake and approval of a start-up medical practice.

You have to change your lifestyle, and then to maintain this weight, you need to maintain a healthy diet and a rational plan for the year. We may all wish there was an easier way, but it does not exist.
